Complaints Process
Provincial Laboratories complaints shall be submitted in writing via the NRCP website. Complaints from the general public cannot be addressed as the NRCP does not interact directly with patients.
When a complaint is received, we will:
- Acknowledge the receipt of the complaint
- Verify that the complaint is valid
- Request additional information if required
A valid complaint must include:
- Sufficient evidence supporting the complaint
- The complainant’s identity and contact details
Examples of valid complaint issues:
- Turnaround Time (TAT) delays
- Delays in responding to information requests
